Students in 7th, 8th and 9th grade who are a part of St. Stanislaus School or Parish are invited to join the Junior Youth Ministry program for the 2011-2012 school year. Registration is scheduled for: Thursday, September13th, at 6:30 p.m. school library Wednesday, September 19th at 6:30 p.m. school library A parent is required to attend the meeting to sign up a student. The registration fee is $9.00. *** Please note*** In order for the program to be successful, parents are required to fulfill chaperone responsibilities 4-5 times a year as a part of membership. Junior Youth Ministry members have the opportunity to participate in Saturday evening activities such as gym nights and dances. Other activities include Hayride and corn maze, and basketball tournament, Christmas party and gift exchange. The students are also encouraged to participate in outreach and service activities such as working at the Soup Kitchen, helping at the parish bazaar, participating in the canned food drive Students are also encouraged to get involved with the parish by becoming youth lectors or ushers and greeters at weekend masses.
